Professionally, Steve is an accomplished multi-family architect with a strong background in Project Management. Even before getting a Masters of Architecture, he had developed a thirst for design and the way spaces can shape the ways in which we all experience the world. With a depth of expertise, he has focused on multifamily residential, mixed-use developments, and hospitality/restaurant projects through the country. These projects include adaptive reuse as well as new construction, and midrise wood frame to concrete highrise, often while incorporating sustainable practices. His portfolio ranges from large-scale ground-up community living environments to intimate hospitality spaces focused on the end user. With a thirst for travel and grasping the local climate, Steve artfully manages all aspects of the design process and is dedicated to organization and communication.

In his current role, Steve has the opportunity to manage a talented team of designers. Together they are creating the exciting and dynamic spaces within multi-unit buildings for national developers. With a focus on the end user and providing spaces that are truly engaging and foster community. Working collaboratively with internal and external teams - these properties show great depth and appeal greatly to potential residents.

Since graduating from Roger Williams University with both a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Architecture, Steve has developed experience in many building types, but has honed his expertise in the many scales of living environments. His educational experience was further enhanced with study abroad programs at the Institute at Palazzo Rucellai in Florence, Italy, the Montclair in Siena program, focusing on Italian civilization and the arts, as well Art and Architectural History of Egypt.
