Their collaboration with Wood Partners offered a unique parcel which now includes 230 apartments and a 375 space parking structure, with ground floor retail and an over-street occupied bridge. Located in the vibrant Old City neighborhood, this 6 story luxury apartment building will occupy a vacant lot at the intersection of 2nd & New Streets. A strong masonry base compliments the eclectic scale of the neighborhood, while an artiuclated tower rises elegantly above. Camso Properties is developing this tiny Old City site into 12 luxury apartments. The building maximizes the limited property size by creating 2 units per floor, each accessed directly from the elevator.  By eliminating a common corridor, expanding glass size and adding balconies the individual apartments have the look and feel of a contemporary SoHo loft. A proposed mixed-use, multi-family apartment building in Philadelphia’s Old City neghborhood. The property is a narrow parcel situated adjacent to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, so Eimer Design has created a single-loaded corridor design that offers spectacular city views for a blend of large 1- and 2-bedroom units. The complex will offer above-market rate amenities including large kitchens, 10-foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows in each of the 43 units. A rooftop deck and green space is designed to offer views of Philadelphia’s skyline from 75 feet above grade. Corner windows provide exelent views and architectural accents in this growing neighborhood. The site is currently a parking lot, and much of those spaces will be restored benieth the building.

East 9th Street

New York, NY

An infill project in Manhattan's East Village. This neighborhood which suffered many years of abuse and tenement living is seeing a redevelopment, however swampy soil and poor building structure leave many challenges. This project proposed the infill of a vacant lot adjacent to an existing building with the same owner. This allowed the potential use of airspace above the older property, while developing a 15 unit modern apartment building. Small 1 bedroom units comprise the majority of the building, while a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse offers a terrace, sweeping NYC views, and amenities hard to find in the neighborhood.
